Hi, I'm Gene Tjin and I like to take pictures.

As far back as I can remember I've been a fan of anything and everything "artsy." Regardless of the format, whether it's spending hours online looking at design websites, visiting museums and galleries or just cruising down the aisle at the local store, if it's visually appealing, it's for me.

To give you a little bit of background about myself, I was born in Paramaribo, Suriname, lived in Miami, Florida and now reside in Laguna Niguel, California. In my personal life, family and friends come first; if you've got my back, I've got yours, simple as that. I'm the middle child of three and with an older brother Neil and a younger sister Jo-ann, both of which I look to for inspiration and advice. In my spare time I try and travel as often as possible, listen to music, take pictures and spend time with those closest to me.
