Last weekend we took the short drive down to Anaheim for the Monster Energy AMA Supercross season opener at Angel Stadium. Since I’d never really had the chance to watch supercross live I was pretty excited to check it out. The qualifying and “light” rounds were pretty good but the final with James Stewart were ridiculous.
Down for most of the first fifteen laps, he came back and held off the rest of the field to take the win. Completely insane to watch in person. Overall, the event was a lot more exciting in person than I imagined and hopefully I’ll be going to some more events in the future. In the mean time, here are a few pictures from the event.
